Music in Motion is the theme and cross-cultural exchange is the topic of the 3rd annual US-China Music Forum, held in conjunction with the China Now Music Festival and presented by the US-China Music Institute in partnership with the Central Conservatory of Music (CCOM) and China Daily.
The Bard East/West Ensemble’s recent musical tour to China, as described by conductor and festival artistic director Jindong Cai, will shape the discussion. Meet some of the musicians and hear about the power of making connections between cultures through the universal language of music.
